Thursday, February 12th, 2026: Celebrate Galentine’s Power Hour with bold cocktails, elevated bites, and great company in the bar at C. Knight’s Steakhouse. Join us Thursday, February 12 from 4–6 PM for a lively happy hour takeover featuring signature drinks and chef-driven small plates designed to toast the power of women in a steakhouse. All are welcome—sip, snack, and saddle up just in time for dinner service.

The Gilded Steak Experience
Every cowboy needs two things: a good whiskey and a properly gilded steak. On Whiskey Wednesdays, order any whiskey, Old Fashioned, or Manhattan with your steak and our chefs will elevate your evening by gilding your USDA Prime steak with complimentary steak au poivre—cracked peppercorns finished in a rich whiskey cream sauce.
