Whiskey Wednesday: The Gilded Steak Experience
Every cowboy needs two things: a good whiskey and a properly gilded steak. On Whiskey Wednesdays, select any whiskey, Old Fashioned, or Manhattan, and our chefs will elevate your evening by gilding your favorite USDA Prime steak with a courtesy steak au poivre—cracked peppercorns finished in a rich whiskey cream sauce.
