The steakhouse holds a special place in our hearts. Charles Knight met his stepfather, a true cowboy, in a steakhouse. He later worked as a cook and bartender in that same steakhouse.  That steakhouse in Colorado became the destination for all the Knight celebrations, and the place where special family memories were made.

We hope to do the same for those who come to our restaurant. We want to provide our patrons a memorable dining experience and keep them coming back for more experiences to share with family and friends.

Our mission is to provide an unforgettable dining experience offering prime steaks presented on sizzle plates paired with local fine wines from Amador, El Dorado and Napa Counties. Our vision is to be one of the top steakhouses in Northern California and become a long-standing community presence.
